Coffee

Coffee–the caffeine in coffee has a similar effect as stimulant medication. Studies, however, report that before coffee has any effect on children’s behavior, they need to drink at least two to three cups of it. Since coffee drinking is not recommended for adults having heart, ulcer, or liver problems, as well as those with high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, digestive discomfort, or insomnia, it is not advised for children.
